Refund Policy

For one-time programs like the Discovery Session or Transformation Program, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no session has been delivered or no digital materials have been accessed. Once your session starts or you access resources, that part becomes non-refundable.

If you buy a multi-session package and have unused, unbooked sessions, you may request a prorated refund for those sessions, as long as the request is made within the applicable package window. Used sessions or accessed digital materials are non-refundable.

You may cancel your Monthly Partnership anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partially used months, but you will retain access to services until your plan ends.

Missed sessions without at least 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, your session will be rebooked at no extra cost.

If you notice a duplicate or accidental charge on your statement, please contact us immediately via the Contact page. Approved refunds for these cases are processed as soon as possible.

Once a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of future services.
